Plot Summary

Vin Diesel and Paul Walker reteam with Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster for the ultimate chapter of the franchise built on speed! When fugitive Dominic Toretto (Diesel) returns to Los Angeles to avenge a loved one’s death, it reignites his feud with agent Brian O’Conner (Walker). But, as they race through crowded city streets and across international lines, they must test their loyalties by joining together to bring down a shared enemy. From big rig heists to precision tunnel crawls, Fast & Furious takes you back into the high-octane world, which lives for speed, drives for the rush and breaks all the rules!

Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: The stars look bored out of their minds when the fourth episode of the franchise stalls between racing sequences, which is all too often in a flick where 106 minutes speed by in what feels like at least four hours. – Lou Lumenick, New York Post, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: This franchise is out of gas. – Tom Long, Detroit News, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: People who want nothing more out of a movie than an extended rap video -- there's lots of hip-hop, close-ups of cars, and women in shiny tiny shorts -- may be satisfied. But this movie isn't much more than a re-do of the first film in the series. – Stephen Whitty, Newark Star-Ledger, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: This is a movie about street racers... criminals in fact, and there was nothing grimy or dirty about it at all. – Ben Mankiewicz, At the Movies, Jun 24, 2010

good popcorn flick

This movie kept me thoroughly entertained from beginning to end. Sure it's a little far fetched, but who cares? It's a movie, and definitely not as bad as some people are saying. Besides, the point of watching a movie is to escape reality so I don't understand why people complain when movies are not realistic.

This movie I think was the best of the four. How the plot goes along with the other three really was impressive, and I highly recomend purchasing this film

okay but not enough racing

if you liked the last ones for the racing, than you won't like this one. There's barely any races in this movie but it had a good story, it was kind of a letdown for me cause all the other ones were filled with races.
