Plot Summary
In the remote desert of New Mexico, "The Manhattan Project" is materializing – the World War II effort to build the atomic bomb. Oscar-winner Paul Newman (Hud, Nobody's Fool) stars as General Leslie Groves, the military man in charge of a massive project that will produce two weapons: "Fat Man" and "Little Boy". Rotten: [Fat Man] is not resoundingly disastrous. That would imply a certain energy.
Rotten: Fat Man and Little Boy is a fiction based on the Manhattan Project, but it is thin and unfocused and hardly even suggests the enormous moral and practical questions that the scientists wrestled with in the New Mexico desert.

Good historical film
As a history nut, there are some inaccuracies and dramatizations. However, it is all-around a very entertaining movie that tells you about what went into the Manhattan Project. Fairly accurate portrayal of J. Robert Oppenheimer, too.
Fat Man & Little Boy
Great movie, better than I thought it would be - A great story of one of the most important projects of the war and a great leap for humanity, and this movie seems to do the story justice although it's innacurate in places. Except for the innacuracy in some parts, in entertainment I say 5 stars
