Best movie ever

Troubles

I pre ordered this movie, downloaded it and 15 min in to the movie the Spanish credits come on then the sound is farther along than the movie. Is there any thing that can be done without buying it again?

Spanish credits appear

I had the same problem! Spanish credits appeared and sound was off after. This only happened when I downloaded it to iPad. I contacted support and the gave me a refund for the movie. Support said he submitted the issue to be investigated but may take weeks! I just want my 1yr old daughter to watch it!
