Plot Summary

The true-to-life story of Bill Lishman, the man who taught geese to fly with his ultra-light aircraft. The film documents a fifteen year struggle by Lishman and Operation Migration, to refine the migration techniques and to gain acceptability in the scientific community, with hopes of teaching the endangered Whooping Crane new migration routes to help save the species. The film chronicles the first ultra-light led migration in the fall of 2001.
