Plot Summary
A crazy, red-neck domestic terrorist group threatens California over oil prices but an equally inept F.B.I. agent can't seem to get past whether the terrorists are stupid or brilliant. Worse, it seems that the bumbling terrorist may have gotten their dirty hands on a WMD and becomes a concern for the F.B.I. who don't want egg on their faces if they use it.
