Plot Summary
Now experience all the laughs of the original comedy classic that inspired Disney's hilarious hit remake. Trading places was never so funny, and it could only happen on Friday the 13th! That's when the tomboyish and free-spirited Annabel (Jodie Foster) switches bodies with her straitlaced mother, Ellen (Barbara Harris), and suddenly finds herself responsible for running the entire household. In turn, Ellen, now in her daughter's body, faces the daunting challenges of school, including a typing test, field hockey competition, and much more!

Rotten: Toward the end there are some amusing car-chase scenes. Elsewhere the humor is clotted by the feeling that the jokes are chasing the reactions, instead of the other way around.

Old School Disney Freaks!!!
If your a old school Disney freak this movie is for you! Lots shooting locations at the Studio in Burbank,(the volkswagon drives thru the construction zone...thats the Roy O. Disney building being built), where they are playing baseball is a park just down the street from the studio, You get to see alot of Alameda St. with clasic Burbank landmarks with the ("money tree" and "Bobs Big Boy") resturants that are still in Burbank today! Dont forget the classic LA River police chase where the police car gets split into two! If you want a time warp to the Disney Studios in the 70s this movie is for you. (The computer who wore tennis shoes, and any of the 60s College "Medfield" movies along with "That Darn Cat") Would add to that classic old school disney collection!
One of Disney's best films
I really enjoyed this movie, and a lot better than the remake starring Lindsay Lohan. It's a fun film that any age group can relate and enjoy!
this movie rocks
its not the best movie i have seen but its a great movie, for kids, they would get a kick out of it (laugh a lot anyways.)
