Amazing film!

Touching, inspiring, and heartwarming.

Wonderful

Friends of Mine is a spectacular presentation of what it is to be human. This heartwarming film of love, friendship, and authenticity simultaneously inspires and calls us to examine our own attitudes and behaviors, not just towards individuals with disabilities, but also towards ourselves. This film does not tell you who to be but instead reminds you of who you can become.

Friends of Mine will change the way you look at people with developmental disabilities

I recently saw this documentary at the Crest Theater in Sacramento and was blown away. In his directorial debut, Matt Palmer tells the story of two young men with a developmental disabilities and their first-year counselors at a summer camp in California. This film will make you laugh, cry, and most importantly open your mind.
