Ghost Game
Actually not a bad movie. Seemed corny but turned out to be worth watching. I recommend it.
Cheap, bad dialogue
I like bad movies. Funny ones are even better. This one, however, is so busy exploiting things like the _Blair Witch Project_ that it forgets to tell a coherent story or become interesting in any way. I don't think the director is doing something really sophisticated with the narrative so that I can't manage to follow along. Just what are those witches up to, anyway? The dialogue is really, really boring, the characters worse. The movie's effects are shot in an effect recalling video spfx from 80s MTV. That's one bit of cleverness (the witches were killed in the 80s), but that's about it. I guess I'd recommend looking a little further for tonight's movie to rent . . . .
