Plot Summary
Malone (Thomas Jane) is a private eye with a reputation for being tough…so tough that he can't be killed. Sent to retrieve a briefcase from a seedy hotel, Malone walks right into a trap set up by the city's most notorious crime boss. Bullets, fists, and blood fly as Malone battles the hulking Boulder (Ving Rhames) and an army of thugs to protect the case, its mysterious contents and a bombshell client who may be more trouble than she's worth.

Pretty good for a B movie.
If you like classic film noir you'll have a better appreciation for this movie. Keep in mind it is a B movie, but I thought it was pretty well done.
Not for everybody
This is the kind of a throwback. It’s not really an action film, but has a few decent action scenes. It’s not really a comedy, but it has comedy in it. Not really a film noir, but it certainly has elements of classic film noir. Yes, obviously low budget, but it still has a very nice look to it.
