Plot Summary

A Classic
Gold Diggers of 1933 is easily the best pre-Code musical ever made. Wonderful songs, a great cast (including Dick Powell & Ruby Keeler) and amazing numbers by Busby Berkeley. I recommend this for anyone who likes a good musical from the 1930s.
Golddiggers of '33 - Must see!
If you enjoy well written and good music in an old fashioned type comedy/musical then this is the one for you! Well acted (by the standards of the time) and with memorable tunes its worth the time to check this one out!
