Plot Summary
A socialite is bamboozled into producing a stage show in her home in this amusing musical starring Oscar-winner Alice Brady ("My Man Godfrey") and Oscar-nominee Adolphe Menjou ("Paths of Glory," "A Star Is Born"). Co-starring the talented Dick Powell ("42nd Street," "Murder My Sweet"). A very entertaining film, with a great cast.

This movie has Gloria Stuart (from "Titanic" in the lead role
60 years before Gloria Stuart would become famous for playing "old" Rose in James Cameron's Titanic, she was the lead in this movie. And if Irony is playing over 60 years, her mother in this movie wants her to marry a wealthy man, Hugh Herbert, even though she doesn't love him. It's a musical comedy worth seeing.
