Plot Summary
When Gordy's family is trucked up north, to a place from which no pig has ever returned, Gordy faithfully sets off to find them. Along the way, he saves the life of a little boy and becomes the nation's most famous hero, leading him one hoof-step closer to reuniting with his family. Through comical encounters and heartwarming moments Gordy shows everyone the importance of family and friends.

Rotten: It is possible that some children will be tickled at the very idea of a talking pig, even one as bland as Gordy. They will probably be children who have never seen any movie, ever.
Rotten: 25 little piggies put in squealing duty as Gordy. Too bad they couldn't have gone whole hog and played the other parts in this curdled curly tale.
Rotten: Methinks there is something else ahoof here, since no one could be dim-witted enough to swallow this cinematic goulash without taking a step back from the trough first.
Rotten: [The] screenplay is as bland as an afternoon in Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, though the director, Australian animal-mockumentary-maker Mark Lewis, adds a touch of menace by using extreme close-ups, bizarre angles and other stylish camera work.
