Plot Summary
Superstar Richard Pryor ("Uptown Saturday Night," "Stir Crazy") is Wendell Scott, a top stock car racer, in this action-filled biopic with a comic twist. Scott's triumph over racism to become the first black professional racing-car driver is well told by director Michael Schultz ("Cooley High," "Which Way is Up?"). Also stars Emmy-winner Beau Bridges ("The Fabulous Baker Boys," "Without Warning: The James Brady Story") and legendary action heroine Pam Grier ("Ghosts of Mars," "Jackie Brown"). Action-packed entertainment for the whole family!

Yes a movie with character
It's the only movie that tells History
The history of this movie is that it shread light on the fact there is no Blacks in racecar driving now (NASCAR), He was the only one to attempt to do so and His story should be truly reviewed and not put down could it's part of history should be noted as such.
