Plot Summary

A young man and woman are snatched while on a date, waking up shackled in a basement. A sadistic "physician" tortures, mutilates and sexually violates them. Sometimes he stops the brutality to provide medical assistance, so they can stay alive for a longer period of time. As the "doctor" continues with his torment, it is revealed he is simply doing it for sexual stimulation. After the most sadistic torture, he moves the couple to a clean "hospital" room, begins to bandage their wounds, and tells them they will be free to go after they heal. Whether it is the cruelest change of mind or just a sadistic next step, the two are taken back for a twisted "second act." As the young woman fights back, the doctor is angered and retaliates with his most insane, or perhaps kindest, cut of all. But the torment is not over, as the depravity continues.

Customer Reviews

One of the most disturbing films I have ever seen

I have seen some pretty messed up stuff (Martyrs, A Serbian Film, The Human Centipede 2) and this one is right up there with the most vile and disturbing of them. Things happen in this movie for NO REASON other than pure insanity, and if that doesn't bother you, I don't know what will.

INSANE

I love horror movies... My favorite movie genre... AND FOR SURE, this movie is the MOST INSANE FILM I HAVE SEEN... Really grotesque!
