Plot Summary

John G. Avildsen's wild comedy caper about a pair of con men, Peter Falk and Charles Durning, who team up to rob Palm Beach's most exclusive jewelry store. Enjoyed it!

Always been a big fan of Peter Falk - so I can honestly say that I enjoyed this film.

Happy New Year

This movie was pleasant enough, although slow at times. It seems to be a parody of old crime novels from the 40's or 50's, with background narration from one character. Peter Falk was good in his costume rolls (although one could recognize him anyway from mannerisms and voice), but the idea of his being romantically desirable to the female lead was not believable. All in all, fun for a rainy day, no more.
