Plot Summary

Guided by music greats such as Jimmy Jam, Lamont Dozier and Dave Koz, 83 extraordinarily musically talented teenagers from across the country arrived on the hallowed grounds of the USC campus to participate in one very intense and life-changing week. This documentary follows these teenage musicians as they create song, learn a lifetime of lessons, face down a precarious do-or-die musical fate and emerge at the end changed forever and hopeful for their future - all in just 8 short days.
