Best documentary I have ever seen

At the very least, this is the greatest music documentary ever produced. More than that, it is a film documenting a way of life that, as far as I can tell, no longer exists. Nearly all the subjects of this film have died or been forgotten (they weren't exactly "known" to begin with). The music is stunning. The cinematography is excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this filim. If you are even remotely a fan of country music, it is that much better. If you love the musicians of this film, it simply does not get any better than this. If you have money to spare, please support the kind folks who put together this re-release, and buy this wonderful film. You won't regret it.

Not the best rock doc i

i watched about 30 minutes of this and then stopped it. i scrolled through to see if it might re-gain my interest and excitment for it, but it didn't.

i wouldn't recommend this. there's better out there.
