Plot Summary
After focusing on the sport of hockey in his award-winning 2000 documentary “Home Game,” German filmmaker Pepe Danquart turns his lens on the Tour de France in this film that explores the effects of suffering and loss on those who devote their entire existence to winning the world's most famous bike race. For the men who partake in this grueling ride, physical suffering is par for the course as they push their bodies to the breaking point and beyond in hopes of gaining both the fame and fortune that comes with being a winner. Despite their unyielding dedication, however, success in the race is never guaranteed. For these individuals who dream of being the first to cross the finish line, the endless hours of physical and mental preparation can either make or break them when the starting horn sounds and the true race begins.

The road to success is guaranteed if you are duping! What a disgrace. The rest of the world is right . Americans are cheaters and total hypocrites. Lance stole and cheated from the entire world.

Regardless of how you feel about Lance…. On dope or not! He still crossed the finish line before anyone else……. 7 times!
People let's get real here…… Make no mistake about this fact: The Tour is the most aggressive and intensely Dope tested sport in the World….. If the Tour Officials couldn't prove Lance was doping by testing him everywhere he went….. even while out to dinner with his family….. Why should the world take the word of people who never won the Tour? Or people who are just out to make a fast buck?
You can call him a Cheater…. A Doper…. even lucky…
But Luck happens when Hard Work and preparation collides with Opportunity….
