Depardieu goes to Israel!
This is a lesser known film with Gerard Depardieu and the great Fanny Ardant (The late Francois Truffaut partner). The story evolves around the hilarious move of a French middle-age couple to Tel-Aviv. A well-written and unpretentious effort yet very funny and with lots of heart. Highly recommended!
Tel-Aviv!!!
My wife and I love Tel-Aviv and it was a pleasure to see the city featured as the background for this very funny comedy. I hadn't checked a Depardieu movie in a while, but it is good to see that he's still got it. A must see for Francophiles and fans of Israel alike.
