Plot Summary
Towering heights and beautiful vistas turn into a haunting mindtrip in Abel Ferry’s gripping French scarefest that will definitely make you think twice about your next mountain climbing trip. In the film, a group of friends on vacation in Eastern Europe embark on an ambitious mountain expedition along a trail that they discover – way too late – is closed for repair. The thrill of this foolish challenge quickly turns sour as it becomes clear that not only is the path a lot more dangerous than they thought, but also that they are not alone. Fear exposes old traumas and brings up hidden emotions to the surface, and soon, everyone is fighting tooth-and-nail for their survival.

Tres Stupid
Know that I haven't watched past the first ten minutes but there is horrible dubbing. Truly awful. They should have left well enough alone. I would have watched a French film but they had the American voice overs in a studio and over lay the speaking. It feels completely removed from whats happening in the movie…and it just starts..No real intro to the characters or the area till after some unimportant dialog. So far not the best impression. We'll see if I last the whole movie. There is a segment towards the beginning I don't recommend watching too closely. The camera spins and it feels a little bit like having vertigo. The movie ends up being about nothing.
Trust me the end is the worst and the bit at the tail end about how many people died in the Balkans is completely fabricated.
