Plot Summary

The bride wore terror! Something is definitely amiss with the menfolk in this classic 1950s sci-fi thriller. A distraught Marge Farrell (Gloria Talbott, "We're No Angels") is growing increasingly alarmed over the changes in her new husband Bill (Tom Tryon, "The Cardinal"), who's been acting strangely ever since their wedding night. And for good reason: Bill -- and most of the other men in their small town -- have been taken over by sinister aliens who have arrived on planet Earth to marry human women with the hope of reviving their dying race. Marge has stumbled onto their terrifying plan, and must now convince someone -- anyone -- to believe her ... before the aliens completely inhabit the bodies of the entire male population. Look out!

Classic Sci-Fi Gem

While not as well-known as "Earth Vs Flying Saucers" or "Invasion of the Body Snatchers", this little gem of a movie has a nice story that is much classier and compelling than the title suggests. It creates an ultra creepy mood for the aliens and the small amount of special effect done in this movie are fairly well done for it's time, working just right to help the story. For $9.99 you can't go wrong. I just wish I could download the trailer from the Apple iTunes store, so I could have that too. If anyone figures that out, please post the message here.

This whole "Alien thing" is just a fancy pick-up line

The guy in this movie is obviously making up this whole "I am an alien here to eat your hydrangia plants" to get cozy with this lady, who is a total moron. The awsome special affects used to show people are aliens are similar to what James Cameron used in Avatar, so this guys "excuse" falls a bit short.

asdf?

haha nice.. it's almost kind of funny in a way almost reminds me if The Invasion, kind of same concept but at the same time, not really
