Fresh: In America may not be great, but it's sweet and deeply human, and it demonstrates that when someone speaks from the heart, it can be next to impossible not to listen -- and to feel. – Robert Denerstein, Denver Rocky Mountain News, Jun 24, 2010

Brilliant Movie

A beautiful, brilliant movie about loss, hardship and the ability to overcome them. A true winner from Sheridan. Great direction and fantastic performances from Samantha Morton, Djimon Hounsou, Sarah & Emma Bolger and Paddy Considine make this film worth seeing. Highly Recommended!

this is an amazing movie!!!!!!

Dont judge this movie by anything you've heard, this is a great movie for anyone. It actually make you think and feel, rather than all the stupid movies that are being made that make you dumb.

One of the better ones!

Really a beautiful movie about life - maybe seen through innocent eyes, (and naïve), but very true to what the experience of suffering and hardship and friendship really mean. Definitely worth iPoD viewing - if you appreciate good film
