Plot Summary
When golden boy Neil Oliver (James Marsden) is granted one wish by a mystical character (Gary Oldman), he sets off on the road trip of a lifetime. On a highway that doesn’t exist, Neil steps into an adventure where anything is possible: a woman who never says no, a town with free drugs and a girl of his dreams, enticing him from billboards along the route. Why wasn't this movie a bigger hit?!
Interstate 60 is one of those movies that's really sweet, but no one's heard of it. It's creative, it's original, and it never goes in the direction you think it's going to go. James Marsden, as always, gives a stellar performance and a guy trying to find an answer to his life. Gary Oldman and Christopher Lloyd play a couple of kooks who start him on his journey on Interstate 60. This movie is funny, serious, witty, it'll make you want to go out looking for Interstate 60.
This movie is a real sleeper!
I never heard of this flick when I came across it while browsing iTunes. A thoroughly enjoyable farce.
