Plot Summary

Rotten: It's a shame Ms. Miller has to try so hard, to grimace so much, to add emotional embellishment to compensate for a weak script.
Rotten: Like belly-dancing itself, this drama is meant for the soul, not the mind - or as Marilyn's instructor commands, "Brains! Stop using them!"
Rotten: A multicultural mini-Thelma and Louise but far duller than that description implies, Just Like a Woman peddles feminist empowerment with one-note didacticism.

Ignore Rotten Tomato...
For some reason, it has become trendy to trash everything Sienna Miller acts in. This is a nice, slow paced movie with good acting and interesting characters. Ms Miller gives an accomplished performance, as she did in 2012 in The Girl..which was also roundly trashed by rotten tomato

I liked this movie there was real acting in the movie i give it an 8

Loved it. Made me cry - take your beastie with you to see this one ladies.
