Plot Summary
When three pals find a sweet deal on a mansion in the Hollywood Hills, they think they have struck party gold. But their dreams of sexy Hollywood ladies are quickly thwarted when they realize that their dream pad is also a direct portal to hell.

Overlooked fun!
This film is a COMEDY wrapped inside the horror genre. When fans heard that Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger) was returning to the director's chair, the buzz was enormous! Hardcore horror fans expected hardcore horror but instead were treated to a light hearted romp of a popcorn movie. I would almost go as far as saying they felt betrayed and, no pun intended, hell hath no fury like a horror fan scorned! Unfortunately, it wasn't marketed as a comedy (and still isn't). Killer Pad is a horror movie as much as "Dude, Where's My Car" is a sci-fi, alien flick (remember the hot alien babes?). This film pays a fun and respectful tribute to the horror films of the 70's from the plot, to the head spinning homage paid to films like "The Exorcist", right down to the intentionally awful special effects. Think of a modern day and very stoned 3 Stooges in a house that is possesed and you get the idea of Killer Pad. Think Curley meets Jeff Spicoli! If you liked "Dude, Wheres My Car" then you'll like Killer Pad. There's even a KISS song for that retro vibe. Have fun and buy or rent Killer Pad! It's popcorn time!
