Plot Summary
Dean Stockwell ("Blue Velvet," TV's "Quantum Leap") is an orphaned English boy in 1880's India who disguises himself as a native and has adventures in the British secret service. Errol Flynn ("The Adventures of Robin Hood," "Captain Blood") stars in this action-packed adaptation of Rudyard Kipling's classic story. With Oscar-winner Paul Lukas ("Watch on the Rhine," "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea"). Directed by Oscar-nominee Victor Saville ("Goodbye, Mr. Chips").

Very Enjoyable
Dean Stockwell made some of the best boy movies ever. In this one he gives us a strong flavor of what India was like when the British occupied it along with Indian mysticism, which Kipling was fond of.
