Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: Was a film ever more appropriately titled than Knock Off?
Rotten: The last blast of the summer is an exuberantly cheesy action opus featuring Jean-Claude Van Damme and Rob Schneider as an improbable pair of gung-ho heroes.
Rotten: You've never seen so many pointlessly contrived optical effects shots in your life.
Rotten: Something of a kaleidoscopic mess of a movie, but it has its moments.

Not bad
Not the best JCVD movie, but it is still pretty good. Totally worth my five dollars!
This was the era of Jackie Chans takeover
Asian cinema was coming strong like Jackie Chan and Jet Li so Van Damme teams up with Tsui Hark an Asian director marking their second collaboration together (the other was "Double Team"). It was something new for JC cause you had comedy with Rob Schnieder co-starring made the movie a decent acton comedy but I reccommend the "Rush Hour" triology over this one
This film has everything
Action, comedy, Lela rochon, Asian directing, Lela rochon....did I mention Lela rochon?
This movie starts off slow but gets interesting later on...just a warning...SOME explosions are cheap CGI
