Gaga overload!
Gaga has finally made a movie about herslef and now imi officaly in HEAVEN! Gaga has made me what i am today and is my idol. Gaga will never fade out like most pop stars. Gaga will always be number 1 and she proved it with the making of this movie. Its a must buy!
Honestly Not Very Good
I love Gaga, and I love to watch her, but I have to be honest, this documentary was pretty horrible. The majority of video footage of her is from a media archive, and a lot of it is rather grainy and blurry. They tend to show the same images and video clips over and over. The makers of this film apparently couldn't secure licensing permission either, because the music throughout the movie comprised of MIDI-esque versions of Gaga's music that were played in odd keys and varied riffs that were ever so slightly different from the original tracks in order to avoid copyright infringement, lol. It was terrible and would grate on any Gaga fan's nerves after five minutes. The film promo blurb also boasts about interview footage with Ozzy Osbourne and other various celebrities. Ozzy's interview was literally 10 seconds long; most celebrity interviews were just two-sentence soundbites (with the exception of Michael Bolton, hahaha). Anyway, as much as I adore Gaga, I will not rate something as five stars simply because Mother Monster is in it. This was mediocre, and my opinion of the film has nothing to do with her; the filmmakers clearly just wanted to make a quick buck off of her meteoric rise. Just wait for an official release from Gaga and her Haus instead of wasting your money on this drivel.
