Plot Summary

A young girl wakes up in a casket with a traumatic head injury and no memory of her identity. She quickly realizes she was abducted by a deranged serial murderer and must survive the night by outsmarting the technologically inclined killer who is hellbent on finishing what he started.

Terrible!!!!

What is the point of this movie? What is derange killer after nothing make SENSE in this movie where is the story? can someone explain it to me?!!!!. PEOPLE STOP MAKING STUPID MOVIES there are so many of them out there, I like horror, slasher, supernatural, thriller movies but where is the drama? , a little drama won't hurt these kind of movies. I am not kidding this movie is very bad I just blew hard earned 3 bucks.

In a word ... SUSPENSEFUL!!

A film that wastes no time getting started and never lets up. Chrome Skull is a very memorable villain that I would love to see more of in the future. Laid To Rest has a different feel than a lot of the "horror" films these days where an overabundance of torture seems to invade every film. (The Collector, Hills Run Red, Martyrs, etc.) Not to knock those films, but sometimes I just enjoy a good cat and mouse thriller. Not short on gore, It is actually pretty graphic in parts. The Lena Headey death scene bordered on disturbing. Well worth a rental if you are looking for some fresh horror.

Chrome Skull Rocks!

I have seen hundreds of horror movies. It's pretty hard to come up with a memorable villain. In the wake of Michael Myers many have tried but failed. I was so surprised by this dtv flick. I'm watching it thinking why wasn't this in theaters. This is a top notch frightfest. The makers of this film remembered what made the original Halloween so effective and what made Rob Zombie's remake unnecessary.....what is unexplained is scarier.
As a villain Chrome Skull is a mystery and yet a completely compelling killer. He is also one brutal m'fr. In a fair world he'd be a new horror icon. I really hope they make a sequel.
