Love the ending.

I won't give it away, but the ending of this movie definitely makes it worth watching - quite the twist. This classic has ALWAYS been one of my favorites, and I plan to add the digital version to my collection, as my VHS copy at home is pretty worn out.

ok?

this movie was pretty good even though it was like made in the sixties i wouldn't watch it over and over but i would watch it again.....maybe

Classic Costume Drama

This is a great companion to "The Egyptian" as far as costume epics. Jack Hawkins is at his gravelly voiced best as the Pharaoh. The only down side is the truly awful makup job they did on Joan Collins. They felt that just slathering on a bunch of skin bronzer would make her look more like someone from Cyprus. Sheesh.
