Plot Summary
Kata and Ana have been friends since they were children. Now teenagers, they live secret lives--fighting and thieving as part of a vicious street gang. Their lives seem destined to end on the streets if they don't find another way of life. At the same time, the hopeful, ambitious side of their lives is revealed with "Outrageous Chaos," their dance troupe which regularly competes in local competitions.

Just okay
The first thing I noticed was the picture quality. It appeared that the movie was recorded from a video camera pointed at a tv. The acting was less than par. Although it was funny that this hardcore gang movie had the bad words deleted from the rap songs. I would have to say at $.99 for a rental it was a good price, anything more is too much.
