Lucia (Cecilia Roth) is a woman whose life is thrown into chaos when her husband suddenly disappears without a trace. Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: Antonio Serrano, stages his wobbly adaptation of Rosa Montero's novel La Hija del Canibal with lively, fast-moving efficiency.
Rotten: Anxiety is a fair response to a midlife crisis, but that hardly means that we want to see the heroine of a movie spend scene after scene trapped in a nervous dither of indecision.
Fresh: An exhilarating celebration of the possibilities of love and friendship.
Rotten: Lucia, a writer of children's books, dips in and out of fiction in her own life, the line blurring so often that it's hard to tell what's real and what's fantasy in Lucia, Lucia. It's even harder to care.
