Plot Summary

Frank Spivey (Steven Weber of The Shining, The Stand, Desperation) is a detective who rescues a strange young girl (Carrie Anne Fleming) with a horribly disfigured face and lusciously ripe body from a deranged killer. But when Spivey takes responsibility for the mentally challenged orphan, she reveals herself to be a creature of untold carnal pleasures and unspeakable violent depravities that may lead him straight to hell. The legendary Dario Argento directs this jaw-dropper that features a haunting score by Claudio Simonetti of Goblin (Dawn of the Dead).

Customer Reviews

Was it too much?

The idea is great for a horror movie but the movie itself became monotonous after a while.
There were excessive sex scenes which made the movie predictable.
That influenced me to give this movie two stars instead of three.

overall: stupid

the costume design and special effects are good, but the plot line leaves much to be desired. Disjointed and not at all scary, it seems the writers forgot that a good horror movie involves more than just scary looking makeup. As far as the "hero" is concerned... what a dumby! Such a shame to waste a perfectly good monster on such a lame plot. I'm seriously disappointed... the shrill, overacted wife figure in the beginning was hilarious, but then nothing comes of it. Where's her bloody death and suffering? Sometimes its a good thing to include the basics of horror film guys... come on, you didn't do my namesake justice!

Predictable and lame, a waste of a rental. Sorry Jenifer... you are a well played spawn of satan, but the movie doesn't do you justice. Remake please!

Creepy

A very creepy girl and disturbing.. Wish there was more to the story, I wanted to know more about her.. How she became to be and all.. So far it's good for movie night when you want to be creeped out.
