Plot Summary

Self-help is the best help, no doubt. But to the people living in a remote village in India it is meaningless. For years, the poor people are terrorized by dacoits. In such a village, one day walks in Ajit (Dharmendra), a young man hardened by jail life and before he could realize what he is doing, he finds himself facing the dacoits. Will he be able to save the village? The story of "Mera Gaon Mera Desh" brings to the screen a gripping drama which is full of love, hate, revenge and murder.
