Plot Summary

Why watch a horror film when you can live one? Seven complete strangers who share a love of horror films are invited to an exclusive party at a remote farm. When the sun sets, they find themselves in the middle of a real-life version of George Romero’s cult classic, NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, with a group of demented sociopaths eager to mimic the flesh-eating zombies waiting just outside the boarded-up farmhouses. Starring Sid Haig (HALLOWEEN, THE DEVIL’S REJECTS, HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES), Courtney Gains (CHILDREN OF THE CORN, BACK TO THE FUTURE), and Bill Hinzman (NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, THE CRAZIES).

Good little twist

For being a low budget movie this isn't that bad. It has a good twist to it, making it actually worth watching. I mean don't expect it to win any academy awards but if you are a zombie movie nut this should be for you.

Don't listen to ejanne

It's obvious this guy did not watch the movie, especially when he says convincing zombies. (Spoiler Alert). What ejanne, said was that it's just people with black paint on their faces and white contact lenses. The movie is about people acting like zombies to reenact a horror movie for real. Not to be rude, but if you're going to review a movie, A. Actually watch it B. Actually Know how to review a movie. Sorry, to ruin the movie for ya'll, but this movie is actually a well down indy film about obsessive fans, and the mimesis means to copycat.

Classic Twist

While there is a lot a picky viewer could find to complain about in this movie, overall it makes for a pretty decent film. Sure, there are plot points that are stupid, some mediocre performances and some scares that just fail, but it was a fun twist on a horror classic that Romero fans will find worth the watch.
