Orphaned when he was young, Arun develops a strong affection for all orphan children. His house is like an orphanage, often faced with starvation. With whatever meager resources he can pull in, Arun still manages to support these children. Until Mogambo's men start destroying the world around Arun Verma and Arun becomes desperate. Only a miracle can help him save the helpless and that miracle happens when Arun discovers his father's formula and the power of invisibility. Customer Reviews
Nicely Constructed!
Over all a well structured film, Mr India dominated box office(India) in 1987. A marvelous performance by Sridevi(leading lady), Anil Kapoor(Hero), and Amrish Purri(Villan). A splendid story combined with a superb script, Mr India held the glamorous record of the 80s. There very few mistakes in the movie, however, the most noticeable is the Villan's set . This is quite visible in the scene where Amrish asks his commandos to jump into the acidic solution and the way they burn to their skeletons(not properly edited) seems quite fake. But still, this film is well above expectation if compared to the movies of it's era.
