Plot Summary

Betrayed and left for dead by treacherous Japanese forces, young samurai Yamada Nagamasa (Seigi Ozeki) is rescued to a remote village in Siam and nursed back to health among the acolytes in the monastery. Working tirelessly to master the art of Muay Boran (Thai boxing), fearless and brutal Yamada is selected to become a royal bodyguard to King Naresuan The Great. Customer Reviews

Awesome, brutal, vicious

It may not be a Tony Jaa movie, but the Muay Thai techniques in this movie are brutal and vicious. This movie is also supposed to be based on a true story.

Cool fights

This is not for everyone but if you like authentic fights, you're in the right place. The Muay Thai action is phenomenal. You can see that they could've not made this movie in the US. The hand to hand combats are very realistic. Overall, recommended to Kong Foo or martial arts fans!

Pretty Bad

Don't expect another Ong Bok. Pretty basic fight move that was pretty slow and had bad special effects. Most of the fight had the main guy walking through the battle and bad guys walking into his sword.
