My Cousin Rachel
Olivia de Havilland as Rachel is gracious, beautiful and too good to be true. Watching and living the mystery with Philip, we want to believe she's for real but there's still something not quite right. Great mystery, wonderful cast, wonderful story.
A Great, Haunting Film
If you love old movies, this is one you shouldn't miss. Unlike most period pieces, this film leaves you guessing--was the enigmatic Rachel a kind, loving cousin or a treacherous schemer? Olivia De Havilland is simply perfect as Rachel, and Richard Burton does an excellent job as the young, impetuous Phillip. I first saw this movie as a young girl, and it has stayed with me over the years and remained one of my favorites. Great price for a great movie!
