A classic to be watched again & again
This movie is the cinematographic adaptation of the 1957 autobiographical novel by Marcel Pagnol, the second of the four-volume series "Souvenirs d'enfance" and the sequel to the classic "My Father's Glory". Like "La Gloire de Mon Pere", this fiction again takes us for an unforgettable trip in the beautiful south of France where poetry, simple joys of life, family, romance and nature all meet to form a perfect melody. What else to say other than it is a classic, a must see, and an exquisite movie experience for all generations.
