Plot Summary
"My Normal" is the story of Natalie, a young lesbian from the Lower East Side, who's struggling to find a balance between her dreams of becoming a film maker and her lifestyle as a dominatrix. Her exotic looks and unconventional techniques make her one of the most desirable mistresses in the NYC underground. After befriending her weed dealer and igniting a steamy love affair with her new girl, Natalie gets an internship on a real movie set. But if everything she ever wanted is becoming a reality, why is her life falling apart? When it seems that all is lost, Natalie realizes that the only way to turn her dreams into reality is to use her unique talents as a dominatrix to get exactly what she wants.

This is to Kink people as coming out movies are to the LGBT community. I really appreciate that it focuses on the people AS people, from their eyes. This film captures and shares what other films only hope to get close to.
What's so important is that it doesn't sensationalize important or key moments, keeping in line with what this film is all about. I LOVED IT!!
Interesting and delightful.
The movie was great not what I suspected to be. Great story line and entertaining. I wish there was a soundtrack to this movie because there are two songs I wish I could purchase from iTunes which were the bomb. I can't get the music out of my head the two songs I'm trying to get was during the dance and sex scene. I've been trying to find out who produce the music and how can I get it for my work outs. If anyone can give me any clues or suggestions that would be great :).
