Rotten: Where restraint might have raised up My Sister's Keeper, a heavy hand has brought it down. – Betsy Sharkey, Los Angeles Times, Jul 7, 2010

Rotten: My Sister's Keeper targets tear ducts so ruthlessly, it might as well be sponsored by Kleenex. – Lou Lumenick, New York Post, Jul 7, 2010

Fresh: I found the movie to be really tough and challenging and enjoyable. – Ben Lyons, At the Movies, Jun 24, 2010

Fresh: Cassavetes...shows great skill in weaving bright moments -- even an adolescent romance -- into the gloom. It's still bittersweet, but like mass-produced creme caramel, never too bitter. – Jason Di Rosso, MovieTime, ABC Radio National, Jun 24, 2010

The Best Movie Ever!!!

This was the best movie I have seen in a long time. Having cancer myself, I really thought this movie got to the point of how kids with cancer have to deal with some of the deciions their parents make. I regret not reading the book first (I didn't know about the book until I saw the movie), but I did not regret buying this movie!!! I also recommend the soundtrack.

My Sister's Keeper (2009)

This movie was so wonderful and true to life. Having cancer myself as a child, it helped me realize how hard it is for parents to make life or death decisions for their children! Go see it!

Read the book!

The movie was good, but the book is wayyyyy better. The movie is disappointing compared to the book....
