Plot Summary
Breaking up is hard to do, but sometimes it can be downright dangerous! In the Ivan Reitman comedy My Super Ex-Girlfriend, Matt Saunders (Luke Wilson) thinks he's finally found the perfect girlfriend, the beautiful Jenny Johnson (Uma Thurman) – who just happens to be the superhero, G-Girl. When Jenny becomes overly possessive, Matt wants to call it quits… but how do you break up with a woman who can fly, lift cars, and burn holes through steel with her thermal vision? A scorned woman, Jenny unleashes the full fury of her super-powered wrath as she tries to bust up Matt's new romance with his co-worker Hannah Lewis (Anna Faris). Matt broke Jenny's heart. Now, she's about to break his everything.

Rotten: The fusion of effects-fueled action fantasy with comedy worked well for director Ivan Reitman 22 years ago in Ghostbusters and, less so, five years ago in Evolution. But, it fails to save his latest, My Super Ex-Girlfriend.
Fresh: This sophomoric mix of the supernatural and screwball from Ivan Reitman is diverting, cheesy fun, with Thurman's G-Girl as a droll combination of Superwoman and Uber Shrew.

Awsome. Pure awsome.
This movie was a hit in 2006, and now it has made a come-back! I laughed when I saw this movie, and I think, im gonna get it on my ipod.... :)
Kinda Weak
I can see why this bombed at the box office. Granted they got Uma Thurman for the lead role and I’ve always been a big fan of Eddie Izzard but this really lacked something serious, I felt like I was watching a bad skit for a Disney Channel Sit-Com. This is not one of Ivan Reitman’s better films.
Awesome
This movie is GREAT, and very funny. Rent though becauz this is one of those movies where u don't HAVE 2 see it in the theaters.
