Plot Summary

Rotten: They take their explosives and their silly roles much too seriously.
Rotten: It's the dullest action movie since The Green Berets.
Rotten: It's difficult to accept these trained SEALs as anything more than a species of Dirty Dozen.
Rotten: Director Teague does stage the action sequences with logic and clarity, though there isn`t much he can do with the dramatic passages.
