Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: First-timer McCarron is never less than convincing as a baby-faced brute who can elicit a stranger's sympathy as easily as he can inflict devastating comeuppance.
Fresh: A stringent street psychodrama in which brutality is an infection and every male is a carrier.
Fresh: The casting is good throughout, but McCarron makes the movie.
Fresh: Neds opens with the sort of celebratory moment that makes you think for a moment that things might be all right.

Really?
You guys realize the pay raise is because the movie is still in theatres... it's like you save 3$ and get to watch the movie more than once if you have the time, THANK YOU ITUNES
Please Realize What The $6.99 Movies Are
It is a shame people are rating this film so horribly because they don't realize why it is $6.99 The price is so high because it is not out in theatres yet. This is not a film you can see anywhere else for quite some time. And actually iTunes used to list these films at $9.99, so in reality they are hooking customers up, not being money hungry corporate bigheads. I thank you iTunes for lowering your pre-release film prices. Before I would never consider checking them out, but I can deal with $6.99.
And for all of you who gave this movie one star, you are ruining things for everyone else. Usually customer ratings on iTunes have a big influence on whether I rent a movie or not because they are far closer to anything rotten tomatoes will tell me. This film really looks like it could be great. It is really just a shame.
intense flick
excellent rental. I wouldn't have seen this movie otherwise... was impressed by some reviews and articles about it, didn't pay much attention to the comments on itunes rental period, etc. and it was totaly worth it, i recommend it 100%
