Plot Summary

Anatoly Novoseltsev - a single father of two, forever in debt and in troubles. Despite the fact that he is a good professional and does the work of the whole department, he cannot get a promotion. To achieve the desired position his false friend Samokhvalov advises Anatoly to hit on their boss - plain single workaholic woman. However, events take an unexpected turn, and an honest worker Novoseltsev not only gets a treasured position, but also love.
