Plot Summary

Seen through the eyes of a police officer Agnel Wilson (Randeep Hooda) on the pretext of the Bombay Bombings in 1993, when being questioned by his superior, he breaks down and claims that the recent tragic events are his own fault narrates the story. 'Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai' traces the changing face of the Mumbai underworld and how it all started. The film, is set primarily in 1970 s Mumbai, follows the rise of Sultan (Ajay Devgn), and the conflict, when his protege Shoaib (Emraan Hashmi), challenges his supremacy, and usurps power to rule the murky underbelly of Mumbai. The film is presented in a retro chic style and is a glamourous and powerful rewind to the golden era.
