Plot Summary
One Night in Turin is the inspriational behind-the-scenes story of England's incredible Italia '90 campaign. The inside story of England's journey through the World Cup is revealed, following their heroic exploits over six weeks which united a nation. Amazing, couldn't believe my luck when I found this. Personally biased as England's run in Italia '90 was one of the biggest events of my childhood. Incredible looking back after all these years. Will make any Geordie proud! RIP Sir Bobby Robson.
BAM BAM BAM!
I'm not really a huge soccer fan but growing up, watching the world cup and cheering for Korea had me interested in other teams such as England. This documentary definitely hits the mark for the struggles and achievements by England's soccer team during their phenomenal year, 1990. There's amazing footages of the players and the games that stroked up the media's attention. I learned a lot about the soccer culture in England and how much controversy there was during that year. If you enjoy watching documentaries and is a fan of soccer, this is a must-see for you.
Amazing Movie
This film is one of the best sports movies I have ever seen. Anyone interested in sports and especially soccer will love this.
