Plot Summary

Based on actual events, Pathfinders finally reveals the untold story of a covert military mission, concealed for nearly 70 years. On June 5, 1944, just prior to the World War II D-Day invasion of Normandy, a small band of elite American paratroopers – a rough-and-ready mix of renegades abruptly recruited from various military units and provided with no special training – drop behind enemy lines … and into the midst of the German infantry. Unprepared, unsupported, out-numbered and racing against the clock, this group of strangers’ sole duty is to remain alive long enough to locate a strategic site and set up the top-secret navigational equipment needed to guide the tactical assault.
