Plot Summary

Rotten: Before it descends into Percy Jackson and the Things That Happen in Movies Like This, the adventure at times clicks into the inventive groove of Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson novels ...
Fresh: There are plenty of bad films to get riled up about in the summer. "Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters" isn't one of them. This is harmless tween-centric fun.
Rotten: You might think it would be endlessly awesome being the offspring of an Olympian god, but it seems like kind of a drag, really, for young Percy Jackson.

too wrong
if you read the books you will hate. I mean HATE this movie. nothing in this goes how the book goes. the books are 5 times better then the movie. i was sorry i went and saw this in the theatre. READ THE BOOKS WE ARE NOT LIEING TO YOU.
So Disappointed!
I was expecting so much more then what I saw. They totally ruined the movie and it did not follow the book at all. The acting was terrible and the plot was horrific! I wasted my time by seeing it in theaters. Not even worth your time.
Terrible
Not only is this a bad movie by itself but it's a bad movie compared to the series. Read the books instead!
