Plot Summary
Haunting, romantic and thrilling, Photographing Fairies is the unforgettable story of one man’s journey to disprove the supernatural. Still scarred by the loss of his wife, jaded photographer Charles Castle (Toby Stephens, Die Another Day) travels to a remote English village to debunk two girls’ claims of being able to photograph fairies. But as he delves deeper into the mysterious origins of the widely popular shots, he finds himself trapped in a web of passion and intrigue that may prove impossible to escape. Co-starring Ben Kingsley (House of Sand and Fog) and Edward Hardwicke (Elizabeth), it’s a mesmerizing fantasy based on true events.

REMARKABLE MOVIE
This is a remarkable movie and a hidden gem until now.
MUCH more than I expected!!!
The title and description of this movie don't do it justice. It sounds like Ben Kingsley salvages another cheesy movie about the well-known fake photos of the era. Kingsley plays an important supporting role superbly, but the plot is carried by a cast of other excellent quality actors who you will find yourself caring about from their first introduction; and who are gifted with a wonderful script that allows them to develop their characters and draw you into the whole story. There is nothing cheesy about this movie, and no doubt you'll enjoy it.
